Criminal Complaint Against Olaf Schulz:
So Apparently Today, A Small Group Of German Lawyers gathered up and filed a criminal complaint against some High Profile People and also Olaf Scholz for allegedly"Aiding and abetting" the ongoing mass genocide in Gaza And Rafah. Other than Olaf Scholz, Annalena Baerbock, Robert Habeck, and minister Christian Linder are also accused of the same criminal complaint.
Who is Olaf Scholz:
Olfa Scholz is a Senior German Politician who is also been serving as the Chancellor of Germany for four years. Scholz is a member of the Social Democratic Party(SPD) and also has been leading the party from 2009 to 2019. The lawyers who filed the case belong to 2 families that are rooted in the Gaza Strip in Palestine. The famous Migration Scholar Of Germany, Nora Rajab also belongs to the Gaza Strip in Palestine.
The Muslim Lawyers said this:
“We, Palestinians in the diaspora, will not stand by and watch a genocide being committed against our families and our people,” Ragab said in a statement. “We will use all means at our disposal. … Today we aim to hold the German government accountable for its complicity in the genocide in Gaza.”
The case has mainly relevance because it has been backed by some international and well-known institutions like The European Legal Support System, UK-based Law For Palestine, and The Palestine Institute of People Diplomacy.
Alexander Golski, One of the Muslim Lawyers who Filed this Case, said:
"From The Legal Point Of View and The Political Landscape In Germany, This Case Will be a Difficult One".
After the 7 October Attacks conducted by Hamas, The Israeli Forces and the Israeli Government are on a killing streak of innocent women and children. The Israeli forces are using the latest arms and deadly machinery to kill and invade these innocent people's Homes and are mercilessly killing everyone they see.
All the basic necessities have been cut off by now. Electricity, Gas, Internet, and even the water supply have been cut off. The innocent Palestinians are just left to starve. They are trying to suppress the voice of the innocent people of Gaza and want to somehow deny the fact that they are just relentlessly killing people and are oppressing the people Of Palestine especially the people of Gaza and Rafah.
Till Now, we don't know that whaether due to Media Pressure or any other instance, but The Problem is now slowly getting noticed by the international Leaders and they have now slowly started to call the Israel Genocide a Genocide.
Now Even The UN Has said that Israel Has broken the international convention on Genocide and it is at this stage very"Plausible" according to the UN.
Now talking about the case filed by the German Muslim Lawyers, The case will also focus on The weapons that were traded or migrated to Israel For This Genocide.

It has been months since the Israeli forces are constantly killing innocent kids and women. We talked about how in Germany, A Group Of Lawyers has filed a complaint against Olaf Scholz and some other senior German politicians.
